This feature serves as a communication starting point if users need technical support, feature explanations, or assistance regarding system use.

Page Access
- Menu Location:
Navigate to Settings → Help in the sidebar. - Information Displayed:
- Admin Name – Identity of the serving administrator.
- Email Address – Official email contact for written communication.
- Phone Number – Telephone contact that can be called directly for urgent needs.
Usage Guide
- Reading Contact Information
- Ensure that the information displayed is for an active school administrator contact.
- Contacting Admin via Email
- Click or copy the email address to send a message containing questions, obstacles, or requests for help.
- Contacting Admin via Phone
- Use the available phone number for direct communication, especially if a quick response is needed.
- Saving Contact
- It is recommended to save the admin contact information on a personal device so it can be accessed at any time.

- Include detailed information regarding the problem or question to facilitate the assistance process.
- Response times may vary depending on school working hours.
