This Privacy Policy applies to all digital services within the eSchool ecosystem, including:
- eSchool Mobile App (Android & iOS)
- Admin Dashboard and eSchool SIAKAD Web
- Official third-party APIs and system integrations
- Interactions through forms, help services, and legitimate digital communication
❗ This policy does not apply to external services or third parties that have separate privacy policies (e.g., video conferencing, payment gateways, etc.).
📂 Privacy Policy Structure
I. Information Collected and Controlled by eSchool
Data is collected when:
- School account registration
- Users log in or access services
- Filling out forms or contacting the help team
Types of data include:
- Name, email, Student/Staff ID (NIS/NIP), user role
- Class information, subjects, schedule, and academic records
- Technical data: IP address, device type, activity/login history
Use of data:
- Providing teaching-learning services and school management
- User verification & maintaining system security
- Providing assistance according to user needs
II. Information Processed on Behalf of the School
As an information system provider, eSchool processes data based on school instructions.
We will not use student, teacher, or parent data for our internal purposes unless there is written consent from the institution owning the data.
III. General Provisions
- We maintain data security in accordance with the standards in the eSchool Security Policy.
- Any changes to this policy will be notified through the app or email.
- Users can request updates or deletion of personal data through the school admin.
